Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Oslume Health Training Institute ("Oslume", "we"). By creating an account or continuing to use Oslume Learning you agree to them.

Enrollment and access

Enrollment grants one individual a limited, non-transferable right to access the enrolled course. Accounts and course access may not be shared, resold or redistributed. Oslume retains ownership of all course materials, software and branding.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service unlawfully, commit fraud or send spam, infringe intellectual property, or interfere with its security (including malware, probing or scraping).

Academic integrity

Learners attest that submitted work is their own. Certificates obtained through misrepresentation may be revoked, and revocation is recorded in the certificate audit trail.

Certificates

A certificate confirms completion of the stated course version and credit hours. It is not a license and does not by itself authorize practice.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing and tax terms are set out in the Paddle Buyer Terms.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. You can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date by visiting paddle.net or through "Manage billing & receipts" in your account settings. When a refund is issued, access to the course ends and any certificate issued for that purchase is revoked.

Service and termination

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated violations of these terms.
