Oslume Health Training Institute ("Oslume") is the controller of the personal data described here.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, login credentials, optional license number and organization), learning activity, assessment results, support messages, and technical data such as IP address and device information. Payment details are collected by our reseller Paddle, not stored by Oslume.

How we use it and why

To create your account and deliver courses (contract), record completion and issue and verify certificates (contract and legal obligation), keep the service secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interests), support learners, and improve our programs (legitimate interests).

Who we share it with

Hosting and infrastructure providers; Paddle.com as Merchant of Record for sales, payments, tax and invoicing; employers who sponsor your seat; professional advisers; and authorities where required by law.

Certificate verification

Public verification discloses only the learner name, course title, completion date, credit hours and validity status of a certificate.

Retention and security

We keep data only as long as needed for these purposes and recordkeeping obligations, then delete or anonymise it. We protect data with encryption and access controls.

Your rights

You can access and update your profile from account settings, and request deletion of your account. Depending on where you live you may also have rights to object, restrict processing or complain to a regulator. Completion and certificate records may be retained where required for recordkeeping.
